Prepare students to practice mindfulness. Students should be seated in a comfortable place with few distractions. Recommend that they close their eyes or cast their eyes downward and have their journals and pencils ready in front of them. Teachers are strongly recommended to practice with their class.
Decide when students will listen to the program every day and try to stick to that schedule. We recommend first thing in the morning to set the tone for the day. There are shorter transition practices if you’d like to refocus after a break.
