Teams are a wonderful example of how differences come together to make something stronger. They highlight how important it is to have differences in order to create a more successful outcome, that the whole is stronger than the individual parts and provides for a richer experience working toward a common goal. Pick a team for this activity that you are either a part of or that you enjoy watching. It could be sports, e-sports, debate, or work team. Identify the different roles of the team member and observe how each contributes to the team. Write a brief description (or discuss with a partner) of how each member makes the team stronger.
