Inner Explorer provides programs for Pre-Kindergarten through High School students that foster human potential and engaged citizenship. Students and teachers participate together in audio-guided 10-minute a day mindfulness practices, streamed into the classroom. They have an opportunity to pause and reflect, leading to less stress, more focus and greater sense of wellbeing. The daily practice results in significantly improved outcomes in school and life.
