Inner Explorer is a mindfulness platform that is scalable and easy to implement. Staff and families can join students in a daily 5-10 minute audio-guided mindfulness practice, which promotes well-being for the entire community. We offer age-appropriate practices for elementary, middle, and high school in English and Spanish, plus additional series, such as the Educator Well-Being Series and the Counselor Series.
