In the past year, educators have worked tirelessly to adopt a new approach to education, while also supporting students with empathy and compassion during an incredibly difficult time in the world.

In the midst of all of the change and challenges, we recognize that many educators are facing high levels of stress and burnout. Our mission is to help educators prioritize and take care of their own emotional well-being through mindfulness.
