Paul is the chief architect of Inner Explorer's technology platform and has 20+ years of experience leveraging technology to drive business transformation. Paul is an entrepreneur and an executive coach to several Fortune 500 organizations. He is passionate about system design thinking & working at the cross-section of business operations and emerging technologies. He met Laura & Janice at WISDOM 2.0 in 2014 and was instantly inspired by Inner Explorer's mission. Now as part of the core team, his role spans digital strategy, technology architecture, and designing amazing customer journeys. He is dedicated to bringing mindful practice tools to every classroom in the world and recently has started his journey of mindful practice.

Rajbir is leading Architecture and Cloud verticals of Inner Explorer's technology platform. She has rich technical experience of working with leading Multinational Companies before joining the Inner Explorer team. Inner Explorer's mission has inspired her a lot and now by applying her technical expertise, she is working rigorously to make the platform more robust and scalable so that it can reach maximum students with ease. She is convinced that Empathy is one of the greatest behavioral attributes that a human should have, and Inner Explorer is doing great in cultivating the same early age. She enjoys a mindful practice routine with her husband Rattan and 7 yr old son Arsh.

Harsh is currently managing the COMPASS platform where he takes care of the daily operations, platform reliability, and development of new modules and capabilities to enhance the user experience. Using design thinking and a data-driven approach, he has been working on increasing the engagement of our user base by introducing next-generation capabilities within the platform and collaborating with the partner modules. He has found his passion in exploring and enhancing digital platforms and is using the same expertise for Inner Explorer. People call him hardworking, dedicated and sometimes a little crazy. Because sometimes, the only way to stay sane is to go a little crazy.

Ensured high availability via coordinated teamwork. Provide technical support to team members and members of other departments integral to the successful completion of modules. Reduced the number of open tickets by 60% by analyzing, categorizing & prioritizing all open issues recorded. This required motivation of the team & thoughtful delegation of workable tickets to the resources to maximize on efficiency. Conduct code reviews to maintain the quality of code. Performed Quality Analysis on the site and increased the accuracy. Was able to understand the functionality and take over the responsibility of this complex application.

Avneet Arora works closely to monitor and analyze the quality standards of Inner Explorer. She is responsible for identifying technical issues and getting to the root of the problems as well. Furthermore, she proactively recommends solutions that will improve the quality of the platform for a better user experience. She also resolves customer problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. She multitasks seamlessly between tasks such as handling high-priority tickets, testing and ensuring the quality of modules being built or overhauled, and responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Ravinder is responsible for managing the complete cloud infrastructure and environment and applying his technical skills to accomplish high scalability and make the platform more reliable and secure where children can do practicing of their mindfulness class without any interruption and technical issues. He works with the development and QA team to transition and operate cloud-based workloads, manage all backups, monitor and tune systems to achieve optimum performance levels, and provide reports to support metrics collection. Additionally generates reports and performs analysis on usage, capacity, and performance on all servers.

As a Senior Design Engineer, Pratham demonstrates exceptional initiative and strong interpersonal skills. He excels at handling tasks both independently and as part of a team. Pratham enjoys taking on new challenges and consistently seeks innovative solutions to problems, thinking outside the box. He is dedicated to creating visually appealing imagery that complements written content seamlessly. Pratham is meticulous in meeting the requirements of Inner Explorer, efficiently using cutting-edge design software and incorporating client feedback into project revisions. With expertise in web design, he is responsible for developing captivating website designs and layouts.

Dhanveer Thakur is a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills. He enjoys working efficiently both as an individual contributor as well as along with a team. He seeks new challenges and tries to think out of the box while looking for creative solutions to a given problem. He is responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing images that accompany written text. He makes sure to meet Inner Explorer's needs, using developing software to complete projects and revising projects based on client feedback. As an Android developer, he is responsible for creating the functionality and layout of mobile and tablet devices.

Gursimran is the lead iOS Developer looking after Inner Explorer's iOS Mobile Platform. He has been working diligently to create and enhance the platform so that more users can enjoy their practices hassle-free every day. He believes in the power of mindfulness, and manifesting good. He is passionate about iOS Development, Design Thinking, and the latest technologies. With his expertise in technology, he wants to make the platform more accessible, and easy to use and cultivate positivity further. He stays with his mom and dad in Punjab and practices mindfulness regularly. He is known to be a logical and fun-loving person within the Team.

Raman is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards throughout the platform. She works tirelessly to investigate the root causes of failures and implement improvements to prevent the recurrence of failures, whilst managing and taking responsibility for routine Quality activities without immediate supervision. Raman also ensures the quick resolution of customer requests and implements corrective and preventive actions by working closely with other team members and departments.

Anil is a Data Scientist adept at collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of datasets, developing new predictive models to forecast the upcoming possible trends. He is also performing Data management tasks. Possessing extensive analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and significant ability to work in team environments. Implementation of machine learning techniques to real-world problems and looking for the solution through technology is what excites him the most.
