“Inner Explorer has helped my pre-kindergarten students develop ways to calm themselves when their emotions get out of control. You are making a difference in the lives of my students that will have a positive impact on the rest of their lives. The support we got from our superintendent in terms of making daily practice a priority was essential and there are positive results verifying it.”
School Counselor, San Lorenzo, CA
“I have to say in my 15 years as a school counselor, I have never had such interest and support from teachers and administrators with a social/emotional program as I am having with Inner Explorer! Thank you!”
School Principal, Killeen, TX
“In our school, we experienced a 50% reduction in student visits to my office, detentions, etc. since implementing the Inner Explorer Program. The more interesting phenomenon is the increase in compassion! Our students have become more helpful, more concerned about each other and go out of their way to engage when someone is hurt or in need.”

Consistent daily mindfulness practice teaches children practical techniques to appropriately handle difficult emotions, such as stress, anxiety, and anger. - - Discovering Breathing and Relaxation Exercises.
- - Learning Awareness of Senses.
- - Using Thought and Emotional Regulation.
- - Developing Compassion and Connection.
- - Promoting Social Emotional Learning.
How is Inner Explorer different from other programs?
Inner Explorer programs are audio-guided and require no training or preparation from school staff. The “press play” format allows school communities to easily implement and maintain a daily mindfulness practice on any device. Our practices build on traditional Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) framework, utilizing daily mindfulness as the foundation and creates foundational support across all aspects of a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS). Additionally, Inner Explorer programs are approved by the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL) and recommended as one of the top ten programs for increasing executive function by Brain Futures.
