Join us on a Mindful Quest

Educators and families can build a healthy habit with their students by participating in the 21 Day Quest, an Inner Explorer feature available on the platform or the HOME app. The Quest experience not only provides participants with a structured framework for daily mindfulness practice but also offers additional benefits such as:

  • a progress-tracking calendar,
  • a certificate of completion upon successfully finishing the Quest, and
  • support seasonal transitions by promoting feelings of inner peace, contentment, and happiness.
